Watermelon gelatin that is set and served inside lime peels gives these shots the festive appearance of miniature watermelons. These Watermelon Jello Shots are a party favorite! Jello shots are perfect to bring to potlucks, camping or any type of gathering.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Watermelon juice 1cup
Agar agar 5gm
Sugar as needed
Black sesame seeds
Moulds or Lemon cups

Instructions

Soak agar agar for 15mins.
Then boil water, add soaked agar agar, cook till it melts completely.
Pour watermelon juice and stir well.
Add sugar and mix. Switch off. Cool a bit.
Pour in desired moulds or lemon cups. Cut big lemons into half, scrape out all the flesh to make shell.
Keep in the refrigerator to set for 5-6 hours or till sets.
Cut the lemons into halves and sprinkle few black sesame seeds before serving.
