Faalse ka sharbat

Ingredients to make Faalse ka sharbat

  • faalsa berry_ 250 gm
  • sugar- 1 cup or to taste
  • water 2 cup
  • Black salt -1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • Roasted cumin powder- 1 tsp

How to make Faalse ka sharbat

  1. wash faalsa under running water and soak it in 1 cup of water for 20 minutes.
  2. after 20 minutes mash them up by hands. after soaking they are soft and you can easily mash all the pulp out of them.
  3. take a sieve. pour the mixture into it and press. so that all the juice comes out. through away the rest
  4. add sugar and stir till the sugar dissolved. add black salt . cumin powder and salt if required
  5. add ice cubes and serve chilled. enjoy your healthy and tasty drink.

My Tip:

you can mash them with blender
