Gujarati Baflo with phudina

Ingredients to make Gujarati Baflo with phudina

  • 3 small Raw mangoes (100grams)
  • 1 bowl mint leaves
  • Half cup of soaked basil seeds
  • 1 tea spoon Jiralu powder
  • 1/2 tspoon black salt
  • Ice cubes
  • 6 tspoon sugar

How to make Gujarati Baflo with phudina

  1. Boil Raw mangoes
  2. Add Sugar in it
  3. Chopped All Phudina leaves
  4. Then crush boil mangoes with Phudina leaves and Ice cubes
  5. Add black Salt and Jiralu powder
  6. For serving take a glass and add basil seeds
  7. Now add chilled mangoes Phudina mixture
  8. Garnish with Phudina leaves

Very useful in summer days
