About Mango cream Recipe

Mango season is here . So here is a simple yet yummy way to indulge in your favourite fruit.

Mango cream

Ingredients to make Mango cream

  • 1cup nondairy whipping cream (I used Tropolite )
  • 1 cup heavy cream (I used Amul)
  • 1 cup mango pulp (sweetened with 1/2 cup sugar)
  • Gelatin 1tsp
  • water 1/4 cup
  • Few drops of yellow food colour
  • 1 ripe mango cut into small pieces ( for garnish)

How to make Mango cream

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over the water. Keep aside
  2. After 15 minutes microwave for 10 sec. Stir to dissolve the gelatin
  3. In a large mixing bowl take whipping cream, heavy cream(Amul) and whip together till soft peaks are formed
  4. Keep aside about a cup for garnish
  5. In the remaining cream add mango pulp and gelatin mixture and beat well
  6. Pour into small serving bowls or in a large bowl
  7. Set in the fridge for 30 min
  8. Garnish with chopped mango pieces and whipped Cream

My Tip:

You can garnish with chopped dry fruits
