This is a Indian desert with a delicious twist, a desert made with yoghurt infused with the flavours of apples, cinnamon and cashew nuts.

Ingredients to make Apple, cinnamon srikand with kaju caramel

  • 1 cup apple slices
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • 1 cup strained or hung curd
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup caramelised cashew nuts [crushed]

How to make Apple, cinnamon srikand with kaju caramel

  1. Take a wide mouthed mixing bowl.
  2. Put the hung curd along with the sugar, whisk well until fluffy.
  3. Add apple slices, cinnamon powder, and the crushed cashew nuts.
  4. Now pour this mixture into desert glasses.
  5. Now top with some more apples slices and crushed cashew nuts. Serve chilled.
  6. Keep at refrigerator in 1 hour ... ready to serve

My Tip:

Apple is good combination to cinamon powder
