Veg Soya Kebabs

Ingredients to make Veg Soya Kebabs

  • Soya chunks (soaked and drained) 2 cups
  • Finely chopped onions 1 cup
  • Chopped green chillies 1tbsp
  • coriander leaves 4 tbsps
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • 1 TBSP GRATED ginger
  • 1 TSP cumin POWDER
  • salt
  • 1 TSP red chilli POWDER
  • 1 TBSP CHAT masala
  • 2 CUP SOAKED PRESSED rice(POHA)
  • 4 TBSP SOAKED sabudana [TAPIOCA PEARLS]
  • 1 CUP BOILED GREEN peas
  • 100G GRATED paneer
  • 1 TSP GARAM masala
  • 1 TSP DRY mango powder
  • REFINED oil

How to make Veg Soya Kebabs

  1. ADD 2 CUPS SOAKED ( FOR 15 MINS ) & STRAINED SOYA CHUNKS INTO A MIXER JAR
  2. BLEND FOR 10 SECONDS, ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  3. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, 1 TBSP GRATED GINGER
  4. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TBSP CHAT MASALA, BLEND
  7. MAKE A THICK PASTE LIKE THIS
  8. PLACE THE BATTER IN A MIXING BOWL, ADD 2 CUPS SOAKED FLATTENED RICE / POHA
  9. ADD 4 TBSP SOAKED SAGO / SABUDANA, 1 CUP BOILED GREEN PEAS
  10. ADD 100 GMS GRATED COTTAGE CHEEESE, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  11. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1/2 TSP AMCHOOR POWDER, MIX INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH
  12. ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX
  13. SHAPE KEBABS OUT OF THE READY MIX, INSERT TOOTHPICKS AS SHOWN
  14. SHALLOW FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  15. THE SOYA KEBABS ARE DONE NOW, TAKE OFF HEAT & DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  16. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
