Nice seasonal recipe to try
Squeeze the mango pulp and keep the stones aside.
In a heavy bottomed pan heat the ghee, add turmeric and red chilli powder. Then immediately add the mango pulp and stones.
Keep stirring and add the sugar and salt. Keep boiling on a low heat for 20 mins.
Add the well beaten curd to the mango mixture and keep stirring for another 7-8 mins. If its thick add some hot water.
Serve it warm for best taste.
