I twisted rabri in cake with mango flavour which is look like cheese cake.

Ingredients to make Mango rabri cake

  • For first layer :
  • 15-17 oreo biscuits
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • For second layer :
  • 1lt full fat milk
  • 1/4 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamon powder
  • 15g chinagrass (soaked in 1 cup water)
  • For third layer :
  • 1/2 mango slices
  • 1/2 cup mango pulp
  • 5g chinagrass (soaked in 1/2 cup water)

How to make Mango rabri cake

  1. To make first layer, grind the oreo biscuits, add butter and mix it well, transfer it into the springform pan and use the bottom of glass to press evenly the bottom, set it in refrigerator for 1hour.
  2. To make second layer boil the milk till it reduced by half on slow flame. Then add sugar and cardamon powder mix it. Cool it on room temperature add condensed milk and mango pulp. Heat chinagrass (with water) till melt completely, transfer it in mango rabri and mix it well. Pour it on first layer slowly , set it in refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  3. Arrange the mango slices on it.     To make third layer mix mango pulp and chinagrass (with water), boil till chinagrass melt completely, pour it on mango slices slowly, set in refrigerator for 2 hours.

My Tip:

You can use galetin instead of chinagrass.
