Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 200 gram flour
  2. 150 gram butter
  3. 100 gram powder sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. Strawberry jam for filling


  1. Beat sugar and butter
  2. Preheat ovan
  3. Sieve flour
  4. Add in butter mix
  5. Add essence and make a dough
  6. Devide dough in equal parts
  7. Make rounds and press with palm and make flat
  8. In center press with thumb
  9. Grease baking tray and arrange all cookies
  10. Bake for 15 min.on 180 degree
  11. When cooked let them cool on wire wrack
  12. Take strawberry jam and mash it in bowl
  13. Dust icing sugar on cookies
  14. And fill in center with jam
