Soyabean Granules Bhurji

Ingredients to make Soyabean Granules Bhurji

  • Soyabean Granules 1 medium size bowl
  • Chopped onion 1 small bowl
  • Chopped tomoto 1 small bowl
  • Chopped Green chilli 1 tps
  • Chopped Corrinder leaves 1 tps
  • garlic paste 1 tps
  • Cummin seeds pinch off
  • oil 1 tps
  • turmeric Powder 1 small tps
  • Red chilli Powder 1 small tps
  • Gram masala 1/2 small tps
  • Corrinder Powder 1 small tps
  • salt as per taste
  • water 1 cup for cooking

How to make Soyabean Granules Bhurji

  1. Firstly wash and Chopp onions, tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves as shown in below image.
  2. Put oil in pan let it heat then add Cummin seeds and green chillies.
  3. Now just add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and roast all the ingredients on low flame till turn in brown in colour.
  4. When all ingredients roasted properly then add Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Gram Masala, Coriander powder, Garlic paste and salt as per taste.
  5. Now toss all the ingredients for 1 minute then stir 1 cup water and leave for cooking Granules for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
  6. Now remove pan from flame put chopped coriander leaves on Soyabean Granules Bhurji and serve hot with roti or rice or with your favourite dish.

My Tip:

For Soyabean Granules Bhurji taste enhancement just put some Maggi Masala in it.
