Aam murabba

Ingredients to make Aam murabba

  • 2 kg keri or kachha aam
  • 1.5 kg or as per taste
  • 5-6 cardomam
  • 10-12 saffron stranda

How to make Aam murabba

  1. Peel the keri and grate it with a help of grater
  2. Add sugar and leave for 15 -20 minutes till sugar dissolve
  3. Put it on gas stove , start boiling
  4. And cook till it become thick and 1 string consistancy of sugar, add saffron and cardomom seeds and
  5. Switch off the flame, let it cool and store in air tight container
  6. Serve with bread or paraths when needed

My Tip:

It can be store for 6-8 month in refiregerator or cool and dry place
