About Oats whole wheat Raw Mango Cake Recipe

We all use to bake different flavoured cakes. But today i bake Khatta-Meetha raw mango cake. Its my innovation. Moreover i used whole wheat flour and oats in it to make it as complete diet. This cake is so delicious and its taste is very much different from routine cakes . Its so excellent and scrumptious . So now enjoy yummy cake guilt-free.

Ingredients to make Oats whole wheat Raw Mango Cake

  • Whole wheat flour. 2 cups
  • Oats. 1/2cup
  • Powdered sugar. 1 cup
  • Raw mango puree. 2/3cup
  • Baking powder : 1 teaspoon
  • baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt 1 pinch
  • Warm Milk. : 1 cup
  • Liquid Green colour : 2 drops
  • butter. : 2 tablespoon
  • For garnishing :
  • Edible rose petals : 2 tablespoon
  • Coloured sprinklers : 1/2 cup

How to make Oats whole wheat Raw Mango Cake

  1. First take all dry ingredients and sieve twice.
  2. Now mix all wet ingredients till fluffy.
  3. Now add seieved dry mixture in wet batter in 3 batches.
  4. Cut and fold batter very well but gently.
  5. Add food colour and mix nicely.
  6. Grease cake mould and Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes in preheated oven.
  7. Do toothpick test. If it comes clean then cake is ready. Now Keep aside to cool.
  8. When cake cools down then garnish with sprinklers and rose petals.
  9. Delicious yet healthy khatta-Meetha cake Is ready to relish.

My Tip:

Raw mango puree should be lumpfree and bit sour.
