ABOUT banana oats muffins RECIPE

Healthy muffins made with ripened bananas and oats, top them with your favourite toppings and serve.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. pinch of salt
  5. 1/3 cup sugar
  6. 1/4 cup oats
  7. 1/4 cup oil
  8. 2 bananas


  1. Sieve flour, baking powder,baking soda and salt and keep aside.
  2. Take bananas in a bowl and mash them well with hand blender or fork.
  3. Add sugar and oil to bananas and mix well.
  4. Add oats and flour and mix.
  5. Fill the liners 3/4 with this mix.
  6. Add your favourite toppings, almonds, tutty fruity or sunflower seeds.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 18-20 mins or until done.
  8. Cool and serve.
