Ingredients to make Pav and Shahi bendhi

  • 1/4 kg bendhi cut peices
  • 1 cup curd, onion slices,1 peice ginger 3 garlic petals
  • 1/2 tsp salt,chili powder,amchur,haldi,garam masala,turmeric

How to make Pav and Shahi bendhi

  1. 1 TSP OIL HEAT IT ADD ONION SLICES, GINGER, GARLIC
  2. FRI AS RAW NESS LEFT LIKE GOLD COLOUR, TRANSFER INTO A MIXY JAR MAKE FINE PASTE
  3. WITH THE SAME PAN PUT BENDI PEICES
  4. FRI BANDI AS SOFTLY TRANSFER TO A PLATE ,ADD ONION PASTE
  5. ADD CHILLI POWDER
  6. ADD SALT, TURMERIC POWDER,AMCHUR,GARAM MASALA
  7. ADD DAHI MIX UP WELL KEEP COOK
  8. IT LOOKS NICE TEXTURE ADD FRIED BENDHI
  9. ADD WATER, CORIANDER COOK ONE MORE MIN..BENDHI BINDS FLAVOUR...NICE GRAVY WILL COME
