Pistachio Ladoos

Ingredients to make Pistachio Ladoos

  • pistachios 100 grams
  • Powdered sugar 50 grams ( add more if preferred)
  • Green cardamom 3
  • Ghee / clarified butter 3 tablespoons

How to make Pistachio Ladoos

  1. Firstly dry roast de shelled pistachios in low heat .
  2. Roast slightly.
  3. Cool and powder it to a coarse ( not too smooth , not too coarse ) powder .
  4. Add cardamom while powdering pistachios.
  5. In a bowl , take powdered sugar .
  6. Add pistachios cardamom powder .
  7. Warm ghee ( not hot ) and add gradually till the mixture turns moist to handle .
  8. Don’t add too much ghee and make the mixture into a batter .
  9. A warm moist consistency to hold Ladoos will do .
  10. Hold . shape into Ladoos between your palms.
  11. Pistachio Ladoos are ready to relish .
