Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Suji 2 cups
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  6. 1/2 tsp sugar
  7. Curry leaves- 5
  8. Sarson/Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  9. White sesame seeds- 1/2 tsp
  10. Green chilies- 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil- 2 tsp
  12. Eno 1 tsp
  13. Chopped onion-1
  14. Chopped tomatoes-1
  15. Few coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix the suji, curd, water, salt, pepper and sugar together.
  2. In a pan, add oil to heat. Then add the sarson seeds, sesame seeds, green chillies and curry leaves.
  3. Add this tadka to the suji mix, then add eno to it.
  4. Sprinkle some oil on a hot tawa and take 1 big spoon of suji mix. Pour it at the centre and move outward in circle.
  5. Sprinkle on top with onion, tomato, coriander. Cook it covered or open.
  6. Enjoy it with chutney or sauce.
