About Red velvet pudding. Recipe

This is a delicious red velvet desert, perfect for all dinner party occasions.

Red velvet pudding.

Ingredients to make Red velvet pudding.

  • 1 cup whole purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup boiled beetroot puree
  • 1/4 cup coconut powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 drop red food colour
  • 1.5 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup milk as needed.

How to make Red velvet pudding.

  1. Take bowl add sugar and butter and whisk till light then add oil and mix properly then add one by one and mix properly then add red colour and beetroot puree and mix properly.
  2. Then add flour to the mixture and mix to avoid lumps and add milk as required for variable consistence.
  3. Then bake it for 35 min at 180.c
  4. For whipping cream take a bowl full of ice place another bowl on top and add cream and sugar and whisk till soft peaks ..
  5. For asembling in a glass jar arrange as many layers of cake and cream as you want and serve it chill..

My Tip:

Yiu can also add cream cheese to cream mixture.
