Easy healthy Salmon with the heat of peppercorns.

Pan seared pepper Salmon

Ingredients to make Pan seared pepper Salmon

  • Salmon steak 150gms each
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • Mix lil black pepper powder with corn flour in a small bowl with 2 teaspoon of water
  • olive oil
  • Fresh parsley and lemon wedges to garnish

How to make Pan seared pepper Salmon

  1. Marinate the fish with lemon juice and garlic powder with lil bit of salt.
  2. After 10 mins of marination take some olive oil in pan and put the fish steak.
  3. Fry 4 mins on each side and pour the black pepper powder mixed with lil corn flour and pour in it.
  4. Take the round pieces of onion and place it on the same pan.
  5. Then dish out. Drizzle some olive oil on top and serve it with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

My Tip:

Cook in low flame. Over
