Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Salmon cut into pieces 500 gms
  2. Curd (preferably hung) 1/2 cup
  3. Garlic and green chilli paste 1 tsp
  4. Gram flour (besan) 2 tsp
  5. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  6. Ajwain 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Mustard oil - 1 tsp


  1. Wash and clean salmon slices. In a bowl mix curd with all the ingredients.
  2. Apply on the salmon pieces and keep in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade for 5 minutes.
  3. Keep Salmon with skin down on the tray. Grill it for 15 - 20 minutes on one side till done.
  4. Then turn over carefully and grill for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with green chutney, ketchup and sliced onions.
