About Chhuhara Ka Halwa Recipe

Chhuhara ka Halwa is my mother signature dish. Now, I going to share this healthy and tasty Halwa recipe on huge demand.

Chhuhara Ka Halwa

Ingredients to make Chhuhara Ka Halwa

  • Chhuhara 1/2 kg
  • ghee 250 gms
  • sugar 1 cup or as per your taste
  • Cardimom 1 small tps
  • cashew 1 small tps
  • Raisin 1 small tps
  • Dry coconut

How to make Chhuhara Ka Halwa

  1. Soak chhuharas overnight in water.
  2. Grind it in mixer for fine paste. Like above image.
  3. Heat ghee in kadhai or pan as per your convenient.
  4. Now put chhuhara paste in pan or kadhai and fry till water observed from paste and this process take time approx. 1/2 hour and stir properly otherwise it will burn. Lastly add sugar as per your taste and stir few more minutes.
  5. Now Remove from flame and your serve with your favourite dry Fruits and hot or cold as per your wish.

My Tip:

Chhuhara paste should be stir properly otherwise it will burn badly.So after some time add ghee sometim In chuhara halwa
