About Rawa Golgappe Recipe

My mother's awesome recipe that is very tasty and mouth-watering

Rawa Golgappe

Ingredients to make Rawa Golgappe

  • Rawa 1 cup
  • all purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green coriander 1 cup
  • Red Tarmarid dissolve in water
  • Roasted cumin 1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt as per taste
  • green chillies 2-3
  • hing a small pinch
  • lemon juice as per taste
  • Boondi 1 tablespoon
  • Boiled potatoes 6-7
  • onion chopped 1

How to make Rawa Golgappe

  1. Mix Rawa and all purpose flour and baking powder
  2. Put water slowly and make dough neither too hard nor too soft
  3. Cover it and keep it aside for 1/2 hour
  4. Now put little bit of oil and mix it properly
  5. Now make big balls. And roll a big chapati
  6. Now cut it by oval cutter.
  7. Take a wok. Heat the oil and fry small small pooris
  8. Take a grinder grind green coriander, pudina, green chillies Tarmarid water
  9. Add salt, Roasted cumin, black pepper, a pinch of Heeng
  10. Mix it properly and keep it for 1/2 hour
  11. Then add lemon juice, and Boondi
  12. Now serve golgappe with mashed potatoes, onions and masala water

My Tip:

You can make golgappe from wheat flour too
