Mango Mastani (Red Rose in a Yellow Dessert)

Ingredients to make Mango Mastani (Red Rose in a Yellow Dessert)

  • mango - 2 (Safeda available nowadays)
  • Amul Mithai mate - 4 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Cherries - 5-6
  • Ice crushed - 1 bowl
  • coconut Crushed- 2 tbsp
  • almonds - 4-5
  • raisins - 5 6

How to make Mango Mastani (Red Rose in a Yellow Dessert)

  1. Chop the mangoes, keep 4-5 pieces aside and put the rest in a grinder.
  2. Add 1/4 cup milk and grind it well. Now add amul mithai mate, more milk in it and blend well.
  3. Grind well so that no lumps are formed, then add crushed ice and it grind again.
  4. In a glass, add the chopped mangoes, pour in the mango custard, then add the cherries and coconut powder.
  5. Garnish with chopped almonds, raisins, coconut powder and a cherry.
