Ingredients to make Flower bell peppers

  • Any colour bell pepper cut into round thin pieces - 1/2 cup
  • egg batter mixed with dry herbs like rosemary, oregano, basil - 1/2 cup
  • Grated mozzarella [as required]
  • pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Shrimp paste is optional. This can be readymade or made at home( fry small shrimps with garlic and onion and then make a rough paste) - 2 tsp
  • salt
  • olive oil.

How to make Flower bell peppers

  1. Cut the bell peppers in round pieces and soak them in hot water for 5 mins.
  2. Then take a wok and put lil olive oil and place the round shaped bell peppers.
  3. Cook in both the sides for 2 mins.
  4. Put the egg batter inside the round space of the bell peppers.
  5. The flame should be very low.
  6. Add the shrimp paste and cheese to it.
  7. Cover with a lid until the cheese melts.
  8. Then sprinkle some black pepper powder and serve with mayo mixed ketchup.
