Khajur Anjeer Balls

Ingredients to make Khajur Anjeer Balls

  • Seedless dates 1 cup
  • Dry figs (anjeer) 6
  • Desi ghee 2 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Handful of nuts

How to make Khajur Anjeer Balls

  1. Cut the khajur and anjeer into small pieces and soak them in milk for about 15 minutes.
  2. Take a non-stick pan and put ghee in it, then add the khajur anjeer mixture with the milk.
  3. Cook on a low flame while stirring constantly till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  4. Then add the nuts and mix it well.
  5. Remove from the fire and let it cool a little.
  6. Then grease your palms with ghee and make small laddoos from it.

My Tip:

It can be stored in the fridge for about 15 days.
