Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gram Anjeer/ figs
  2. 80 g Khajoor/ dates
  3. 2 table spoon Almonds/ badam
  4. 2 table spoon kaju/ cashew
  5. 1 tea spoon ghee
  6. 1 table spoon roasted poppy seeds
  7. 1 table spoon desicated Coconut

Instructions

  1. Chop dates into small pieces
  2. Chop figs into small pieces
  3. Chop almond into small pieces
  4. Chop cashew into small pieces
  5. In a pan add ghee
  6. Add dates n figs saute till its get warm
  7. Take it out
  8. Make a paste if required add milk
  9. Now in the same kadai transfer paste
  10. Saute, add chopped almond n cashew
  11. Mix well, once it leaves pan off the gas
  12. Take it out, roll into butter paper
  13. Keep into fridge for 5-7 mins
  14. Take it out n cut into desired shape
  15. Roll into roasted poppy seeds,or desicated coconut
