Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full fat milk - 250ml
  2. Corn starch - 2 tsp
  3. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  4. Fresh Chicku- 1 cup


  1. Boil the milk to reduce to half. Add sugar and boiling another 4-5minutes. Add Cornstarch slurry and make it thick.
  2. 1 cup thick cold milk and 1 cup fresh Chicku.
  3. Pour both the ingredients into the mixer jar and blend properly.
  4. Just like fruits rabdi.
  5. Pour the mixture in the kulffee mould and keep in the freezer for 4-5 hours for set.
  6. Once kulffee is set, demould the kulffee and serve with fresh Chicku.
