My mother was preparing this dish when we were kids. First time made this dessert and believe me ,not expecting, how delicious it was. Full dessert finished within minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Full fat milk - 1/2 litter
  2. Ice-apple (taalsash) - 6-8 nos
  3. Almond chopped - 1 tbsp
  4. Milk powder - 5-6 tbsp
  5. Sugar - 2 tbsp
  6. Kesar - 1/4 tso
  7. Kewra essence - 1/2 tsp
  8. Rose water- 1/2 tsp


  1. Boil the milk to reduce to make half.and add sugar, milk powder, boil another 2 minutes
  2. Now add chopped ice-apple and continue to boil.
  3. Add kesar and reduce the Milk little more.
  4. Add chopped almonds, rose water, Kewra essence and switch off the gas.
  5. Keep the rabdi in the fridge for cool and serve with more badam.
