Choco tart

Ingredients to make Choco tart

  • Digestive biscuits 12
  • butter 4 tbsp + 1 tbsp
  • Dark Chocolate 1/4 slab
  • cream 2 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
  • Strawberries to garnish

How to make Choco tart

  1. Crush the biscuits and add 4 tbsp butter to it and mix well.
  2. Take a loose bottom pie dish and put the mixture evenly and tightly. Refrigerate it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Now melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add sugar, cream and 1 tbsp butter to it.
  4. Now pour this ganache on the layer of biscuits. Allow it to cool a little.
  5. Decorate it with chopped strawberries and refrigerate for an hour.
  6. Then cut into triangles and serve cold.

My Tip:

You can use white chocolate as well.
