Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bottle gourd 1/2 kg
  2. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  3. Rawa 1 cup
  4. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  5. Besan 1 tablespoon
  6. Seasme seeds 1 teaspoon
  7. Green chillies paste 1 teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Oil 2 teaspoon
  11. Amchur powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. salt as per taste
  13. Water if required

Instructions

  1. Grate bottle gourd
  2. Put this grated bottle gourd in a wok and saute it in medium heat for 5 minutes
  3. When it cool down add wheat flour, rawa, besan
  4. Add green chillies paste, seasme., coriander powder, turmeric powder, green coriander and oil
  5. Give the shape of muthiya
  6. Take strainer, oil it and place muthiya on it
  7. Take big bowl put water and boil it put strainer on it and steam it for 15 minutes
  8. Let it cool after 15 minutes
  9. Take a wok put oil one tablespoon, mustard seeds, kadi leaves, green chillies and saute it for 3 minutes
  10. Serve it with chutney
