Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bottle gourd 1 medium(4 cup greated)
  2. Wheat flour 1cup
  3. Fine semolina 1 cup
  4. Oats 1 cup
  5. Gram flour 1tbsp
  6. Flax seed powder 2tsp
  7. Ginger 2 inch
  8. Green chilli 3
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric 1/2tsp
  11. Asofoeida 1/2tsp
  12. Sesame seed 2 tsp
  13. Cumin seed 1 tsp
  14. Fennel seed 1/2tsp
  15. Lemon juice 2tsp
  16. Sugar 1/2tsp
  17. Chopped corriender 1/2cup
  18. Eno salt 1/2tsp
  19. Oil 2tsp
  20. salt as per taste
  21. For tempering
  22. Curry leaves 5
  23. Mustard seed 1 tsp
  24. Sesame seed 2 tsp
  25. Asofoetida 1/4tsp
  26. oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind ginger,green chilli,cumin seed.
  2. Grate bottle gourd using a grater and squeeze out the water from it.
  3. Mix well grated bottle gourd,wheat flour, semolina,oats,gram flour,above coarsley grinded padte,turmuric,flax seed powder,fennel seed,red chilli powder,lemon juice,sugar,coriander,asofoeida,salt,oil,sesameseed
  4. Make 6 equal ball and roll them into triangle shape.
  5. Place them on a steamer and steam them for about 20 minutes,till they are cooked.Check with the help of toothpick.
  6. After cooling cut them into small triangles.
  7. Heat the remaing oil in a nonstick pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves,sesame seed, asofoeida.
  8. Add cut muthias into the pan and mix well.
  9. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
