Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gingely oil 100 g
  2. Garlic 150 g
  3. Onion 100 g
  4. Poppy seeds 25 g
  5. Cumin seeds 2tbs
  6. Mustard 1 tbs
  7. Pepper 1 tbs
  8. Turmeric powder small
  9. Asafoetida half tsp
  10. Egg 3
  11. Green chilli 4
  12. Curry leaves small
  13. Coriander leaves small
  14. Tamarind small


  1. Peel the skin of garlic
  2. Pell the skin of onion
  3. Blend the mustard and poppy seeds
  4. Next blend garlic (50g)
  5. Add turmeric powder tamarind cumin seeds curry leaves
  6. In a pan add oil curry leaves onion garlic chilli
  7. After few seconds add the paste that is we prepare
  8. Add some water or the water that is soaked in rice(in Tamil kazhaneer)
  9. Add the egg after 15 min the oil will be separated this is the correct stage
  10. Nutritious kulambu is ready
