Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. लिंबे
  2. साखर
  3. लवंगा
  4. मिरे

Instructions

  1. 10 लिंबे ,8 फोडी या प्रमाणे चिरून घ्या
  2. मग कुकर मधे उकडून घ्या
  3. 1 वाटी फोडी , तर 3 वाटी साखर ,याप्रमाणे प्रमाण घ्यावे .
  4. फोडी मिकसर मधुन काढुन घ्यावे साखर,4-5 लवंगा,4-5 मिरे हे सुद्धा वाटुन घ्यावे
  5. हे मिश्रण एकत्र करून कढईत ठेवावे,मंद आचेवर ,कढई पासून सुटे पर्यंत हलवावे
  6. व त्यात 5-6 लिबांचा रस घालावा,आणि एक उकळी घ्यावी. आपले लोणचे तयार.
