To prepare paneer,heat the milk in a pan.
When the milk starts boiling,add the lemon juice and stir well.
After the milk curdles,remove from heat and keep aside for five minutes.
Pour it on to a cotton/muslin cloth and tie it with a tight knot to make paneer.
Devide the paneer into two equal portions.
In a heavy pan,cook one portion of paneer,half of sugar,pineapple crush,cornflour and yellow colour till the mixture attains a soft consistency and leaves the sides of the pan.Cool it completely.
In another heavy pan,cook the second portion of paneer,half of sugar,strawberry crush,corn flour and rose pink colour till the mixture attains a soft consistency and leaves the sides of the pan.Cool it completely.
Devide the mixture into small portions and shape each portion like a ball or as yoy like.
Decorate each pieces with silver foil,powdered pistachio and saffrons.
