Chane ka Bachka is very healthy recipe ,very rich in protein ,it goes well with dal,rice or we can use it in the curry too as dumplings. Soaked ,fibrius and protein rich black chick pea cooked like pakoras make s delicious side dish for sunday lunch and also a great evening snack .try this amazing ,healthy protein rich chane ka bachka recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black chickpeas 1 cup
  2. Onion one small finely chopped
  3. Green chilli finely chopped 4
  4. Ginger 1 inch finely chopped
  5. Gram flour 3 tablespoon
  6. Rice flour 6 tablespoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
  9. Mango powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Water as required
  13. Mustard oil as per required

Instructions

  1. Soaked black chickpeas for 6 hours in plain water then strain off the water and wash them with clean water
  2. Now transfer the soaked the black chickpeas to a mixing bowl
  3. Add chopped onion, green chilies, Ginger
  4. Add gram flour and rice flour to it
  5. Add turmeric powder ,red chilli powder ,garam masala powder, mango powder and salt to it
  6. Now add water slowly and still continously
  7. Make a little thin and flowing consistency batter
  8. Now heat the mustard oil in wok .
  9. Lower the heat to the medium level when oil is completely heated
  10. Pour a laddle full better into the hot oil very carefully
  11. Allow it to fry slowly on medium flame until crisp and Golden
  12. flip the bachka the both side to crisp and Golden
  13. When bachka is nicely cooked crisp and Golden then take it out on the tissue paper to remove excess oil
  14. Prepare All bachka in the same manner
  15. Served hot bachka with sauce and chutney as a evening snack
  16. You can enjoy these crispy bachkas with hot rice or dal.
