Spicy Kale Chane ki Sabzi

Ingredients to make Spicy Kale Chane ki Sabzi

  • Kale Chane 250 gram
  • 3 medium size onion
  • Green chilli 4 pieces
  • garlic paste 1tps
  • ginger paste 1tps
  • Oil for frying onion 2 tps
  • Pinch of jeera or Cummin seeds
  • bay leaves 2 pieces
  • turmeric Powder 1tps
  • Corrinder Powder 1tps
  • Red chilli Powder 1tps [optional]
  • Gram masala 1tps
  • salt as per taste
  • water for gravy
  • Corrinder leaves for garnishing

How to make Spicy Kale Chane ki Sabzi

  1. Soak kala chana overnight and wash before using it.
  2. Firstly put mustard oil in pan or kadhai as per your convenient and leave it few seconds for hot.
  3. Add jeera seeds and bay leaves in oil then green chilli,chopped onion and salt as per your taste and toss properly for 5 minutes till its turn in golden in colour .
  4. Now put garlic, ginger paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli powder, corriander powder, garam Masala and roast it till when it's leaves oil from all ingredients.
  5. Put kala chana in pan or kadhai and leave it for 2 minutes for roasting and then stir water for and leave it for 20 minutes on medium flame for cooking.
  6. Now check after 20 minutes your spicy Kale Chane will be ready for serving but before that garnish with corriander leaves and enjoy hot with rice or bread whatever you like it.

My Tip:

My today's tips is whenever you frying onions for your recipes just put little salt in it which helps to fry onion fast.
