Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices
  2. Milk
  3. Egg
  4. Sugar
  5. Irish cream and chocolate
  6. Butter

Instructions

  1. Make a batter by mixing the milk, egg, sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Take a frying pan and put in butter to heat.
  3. Dip the bread into the batter and shallow fry it. Then keep the chocolate center with another fried bread upward.
  4. Note that the flame should be low. It will melt and spread.
  5. Now cut the bread diagonally and serve it hot.
