Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Maida 2 cups
  2. Paneer 100 gramms
  3. Ginger...1 inch piece, grated
  4. Coriander leaves chopped...1 tea spoon
  5. Salt and green chillies to taste
  6. Black pepper powder...less than 1/4 tea spoon
  7. Oil to brush paneer parcel


  1. Crumble the paneer and place it in a bowl
  2. Take refined flour i.e. Maida in a big mixing bowl to it add water in small portions and knead stiff dough as required for making poori
  3. Place a pan on flame and pour little oil , add green chilly and ginger. Saute and add crumbled paneer , salt, black pepper powder and green coriandeR. Mix all the ingredients well and saute for 2 minutes
  4. Now divide the dough into small lumps and roll each lump into smooth peda. 12 pedas are made with this quantity.
  5. Place a peda on rolling board , roll the peda into 3_1/2" diameter poori . Cut into square or rectangle shape. Fill it up with stuffing
  6. Apply some water on the poori over the edges, fold it and give impressions with fork on the edges. . Place it on a plate and likewise make the rest of the parcels as well
  7. Preheat air fryer for 3 minutes and place 6 of the parcels in the basket and set the timer to 5 minutes on 180 degrees . Check in between or increase the time. Likewise make other 6 parcels also
  8. Serve these delectable and mouth watering paneer parcels along with tomato sauce or any chutney you like. Enjoy
