  • 1 Catfish
  • 1 teaspoon raw mustard oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1 inch finely chopped ginger
  • Chopped coriander leaves

How to make Pira Goroi Masor Pitika ( Roasted mashed catfish )

  1. Clean wash & roast the fish in direct flame.
  2. Peel the skin & separate the head & bones.
  3. Mash the fish along with the ingredients with the help of your hand. Its ready to.eat.
