Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oil as required
  2. Egg 2
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato 2
  5. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Cinnamon stick
  10. Cardamom 1
  11. Clove 1
  12. Salt as required
  13. Coriander leaves as required
  14. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  16. Grinding::::::
  17. Coriander seeds 1 tsp
  18. Red chilli 2
  19. Jeera seeds 1 tsp
  20. Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Roast and grind the grinded ingredients using little oil to smooth powder
  2. Boil eggs and set aside.
  3. In pan heat oil add cinnamon, cardamom and clove.saute onion till golden brown.add ginger garlic paste.cook for 10 min
  4. Now add tomato.after 5 min add grounded powder mix well.
  5. After add pepper powder,jeera powder, Turmeric powder,chilli powder.add enough water and eggs. and cook for 15-20 min in low flame
  6. Spicy chettinad egg gravy is ready .
