Ingredients to make Egg gravy

  • egg 4
  • onion 2
  • tomato 2
  • chilli powder2 tsp
  • water 5 tsp
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • curry leaves as required

How to make Egg gravy

  1. Boil egg for 15-20 min
  2. In pan heat oil add mustard seeds,Curry leaves,onion saute it well.add tomato,salt,chilli powder.mix well.add little amount of water
  3. Boil for 5 min.now add boiled eggs
  4. Wait for 3-4 min.spicy egg gravy is ready
