Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Mutton Biryani:::
  2. Mutton 1 cup
  3. Rice 1 and half cup
  4. Onion 2 and half
  5. Tomato 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  7. Onion paste 2 tsp
  8. Cinnamon stick small
  9. Cardamom 2
  10. Cloves 2
  11. Ghee 5-6 tsp
  12. Oil 4 tsp
  13. Coriander leaves as required
  14. Mint leaves as required
  15. Salt as required
  16. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  17. Curd 1/2cup
  18. Lemon juice 3 tsp
  19. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  20. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  21. Coconut milk 1 and 1/2 cup
  22. Water 1 and 1/2 cup
  23. For Chicken Gravy:::
  24. Chicken 1/2 cup
  25. Onion 2
  26. Tomato 1
  27. Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  28. Chicken powder 5 tsp
  29. Curd 4 tsp
  30. Salt as required
  31. Oil as required
  32. Coriander leaves as required
  33. Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  34. For Egg Drumstick tamarind Gravy:::::::
  35. Egg 4
  36. Small onion 10-15
  37. Tomato 1
  38. Drumstick 1
  39. Potato 2
  40. Brinjal 2
  41. Tamarind powder 2 tsp
  42. Red chilli powder 3 tsp
  43. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  44. Jeera seeds 1 tsp
  45. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  46. Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  47. Water as required

Instructions

  1. For Mutton Biryani::::
  2. Pressure cook the mutton for 5-6 whistles.
  3. In pan heat ghee and little oil.add cloves,cinnamon and cardamom.saute onion till golden brown.
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and onion paste.cook for 5 min.add tomato,salt.fry for 5 min
  5. After add mutton,red chilli powder,Garam masala.now add cooked mutton.mix well.
  6. Now add curd,coriander leaves,mint leaves.stir well.add coconut milk and water.boil it for 5 min
  7. Then add rice.cook for 20 min as half boiled.after put it in tham .cook in low flame for 15-20 min.squeeze lemon juice.serve it hot.
  8. Mutton biryani is ready to eat
  9. For Chicken Gravy::;: In bowl add chicken,chicken powder, curd,ginger garlic paste.marinate it for 30 min
  10. In pressure cooker heat oil saute onion till golden brown.after add ginger garlic paste and tomato.cook for 5 min.
  11. After add salt and marinated chicken pieces.mix well.add red chilli powder and chicken masala powder.add little coconut milk.cook for 4 whistles
  12. Spicy chicken gravy is ready to serve.
  13. Egg Drumstick Tamarind Gravy::;;;
  14. Boil egg and set it aside.
  15. In pan heat oil add jeera seeds and fenugreek seeds,curry leaves.saute onion till light brown
  16. After add tomato, potato, drumstick,brinjal,salt, tamarind powder,red chilli powder mix well.
  17. Add water and cook for 15-20 min.add boiled eggs.
  18. After add coconut milk.cook for 15-20 min in low flame.
  19. Spicy Egg Drumstick Tamarind Gravy is ready.
