  1. For mutton biryani::
  2. Samba rice 1 cup
  3. Mutton pieces 1/2 kg

  5. Coconut Milk 1 Cup

  10. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  11. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  12. Curd 1/2 cup
  13. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Biryani masala powder 1 tsp
  15. Salt as required
  16. Oil as required
  17. Ghee 5-6 tsp
  18. Grinding::
  19. Cinnamon 1
  20. Cardamom 1
  21. Cloves 2
  22. garlic 7
  23. Ginger small
  24. Onion 1
  25. For bone sambar::::
  26. Drumstick 1
  27. Potato 2
  28. Brinjal 2
  29. Mutton bone 6
  30. Onion 1
  31. Tomato 1
  32. Jeera seeds 1 tsp
  33. Tamarind water 1/2 cup
  34. Sambar powder 1 tsp
  35. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  36. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  37. Garlic 3
  38. Coriander leaves few
  39. For Carrot curd raita::::
  40. Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  41. Curd 1 cup
  42. Chilli 1
  43. Salt as required
  44. Coriander leaves few
  45. For Chicken fry:::
  46. Chicken 1 cup
  47. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  48. Curd 2 tsp
  49. Chicken powder 2 tsp
  50. Salt as required
  51. Oil as required
  52. Moongdal fry::::
  53. Moongdal 1/2 cup
  54. Oil as required
  55. Salt 1 tsp
  56. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  57. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  58. Chicken Gravy::::
  59. Chicken 1 cup
  60. Onion 1
  61. Curry leaves few
  62. Tomato 1
  63. Salt as required
  64. Oil as required
  65. Chicken powder 2 tsp
  66. Coconut milk 5 tsp
  67. coriander powder 1 tsp
  68. Prawn curry::::
  69. Prawn 1 cup
  70. Onion 2
  71. Tomato 1
  72. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  73. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  74. coriander powder 1 tsp
  75. Pepper jeera powder 2 tsp
  76. Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  77. Salt as required
  78. Oil as required
  79. Coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. For making Mutton biryani::;
  2. Soak samba rice in water for 20 min.
  3. In pressure cooker.cook mutton for 3 whistles.and Grind the ingredients given. set aside.
  4. In pan heat ghee and oil add cloves,cinnamon, cardamom.fry it .add onion.saute it till it reaches golden brown color
  5. After add grounded masala paste.mix well.and add tomato,salt,coriander powder,masala powder.stir it well.
  6. After add curd,coriander leaves and mint leaves.mix well.cook it for 5 min.add Mutton pieces and fry it for 10 min.
  7. Then add coconut milk and water.check salt and add soaked rice.cook well.after half cooked rice put it into dum.
  8. Cook well in low flame.now biryani is ready to serve.
  9. Carrot curd Raita::::::
  10. In bowl add curd, coriander leaves,chilli, grated carrot,salt.mix it well.carrot curd raita is ready
  11. Chicken Fry:::
  12. In bowl add chicken pieces,ginger garlic paste,chicken powder,salt,curd.mix it well.marinate it for 30 min
  13. In pan heat oil fry chicken pieces for 15-20 min in low flame
  14. Spicy chicken fry is ready
  15. Chicken Gravy:::;
  16. In pressure cooker heat oil add onion,curry leaves,tomato,green chilli.fry it well
  17. After add ginger garlic paste,salt,coriander powder,chilli powder,and chicken powder.mix it
  18. Then add chicken pieces and coconut milk.cook it for 4 whistles.
  19. Spicy yummy chicken gravy is ready.
  20. Bone sambar:::;
  21. In pressure cooker add bones and cook for 4 whistles.In another cooker add dal and tomato.cook for 1 whistle
  22. In pan add water ,drumstick,brinjal,potato,tomato,onion, jeera seeds,coriander powder,redchilli powder,sambar powder
  23. Turmeric powder, mix well.add garlic.cook it for 10 min after add bone and dal.mix well
  24. Add tamarind water.cook it for 15 min in low flame
  25. In another pan heat oil add onion,jeera seeds,curry leaves,red chilli powder.fry it and pour it to sambar.cook for 5 min.
  26. Spicy bone sambar is ready to serve
  27. Moongdal fry:::::
  28. Wash moongdal well and soak it for 10 min .and dry it.
  29. In pan heat oil.fry moongdal.after add chilli powder,salt,pepper powder.moongdal fry is ready
  30. Prawn curry::::::
  31. In pan heat oil add onion.saute it till golden brown.after add ginger garlic paste
  32. Cook for 5 min.add tomato,salt,coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder.mix it well.
  33. After add prawn and little water.cook for 5 min.now add pepper jeera powder and coconut milk
  34. Cook it for 15 min in low flame.cook well till gravy thickens.
  35. Spicy prawn curry is ready to serve
  36. Food festival -Mutton biryani,bone sambar,moongdal fry,chicken fry,chicken gravy,prawn curry is ready to eat.
