About Soya Cutlets Recipe

Soya is very healthy & contains lots of protein in it.

Soya Cutlets

Ingredients to make Soya Cutlets

  • Soya granules 1 cup
  • Boil potato 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Chopped green chilli 2 tablespoon
  • ginger-garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Corn flour paste for coating
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • salt to taste
  • oil for fry

How to make Soya Cutlets

  1. Soak the soya granules in warm water for 15 minutes. Squeez the excess water.
  2. Mash the boiled potato & mix it with the soya granules.
  3. Now add salt, turmwric powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, cumin seeds, chopped onion, chopped green chilli & ginger-garlic paste
  4. Now give it the shape of cutlets with the help of your palm.
  5. Now coat the cutlets in corn flour paste 1st & then in bread crumbs.
  6. Heat oil for frying & add the cutlets carefully in hot oil. Fry them in medium low flame.
