Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Finger Millets Powder 100 grams (2 big Spoons per person)
  2. Curd 100 Grams
  3. Choice of nuts (Coxonut, Almonds and Walnuts)
  4. Water 200ml
  5. Onion pieces
  6. Green Chilli 1 Green Tender


  1. Mix Fox tail millet powder in cool water.
  2. Boil water and mix millet water slowly by not forming lumps. Crush nuts and mix in it. Keep some for garnishing.
  3. Cool it and mix with butter milk.
  4. Garnish with nuts, corn flakes etc as per your choice.
