Ingredients to make Instant Bread Paneer Kachori

  • White bread 1 packet
  • 1 and 1/2 cup scrambled paneer
  • 1/2 cup vegetables, such as capsicum, carrot, peas
  • 1/2 tsp ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp cornflour- maida paste
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

How to make Instant Bread Paneer Kachori

  1. First cut the edges of the bread. With the help of a round shaper or a round utensil, cut the bread into round shapes.
  2. Now take a pan, put in 1 tsp olive oil and heat it. Put in the finely chopped onion, sauté it then add the ginger-garlic paste. Sauté it well then add the green chilli paste, mix it and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Next add the capsicum, carrot, green peas and stir it for 2 mins. Now add the scrambled paneer and mix it well, put in the tomato ketchup, salt to taste, sugar and stir it for 2-3 mins. Keep it aside to cool.
  4. Prepare the cornflour and maida paste with the help of water.
  5. Now take one bread slice, keep 1 tsp stuffing on it, then apply the paste on the edges. Keep another slice on it and stick it properly, it can easily stick but make sure to press it well. Make all the kachoris in this similar manner.
  6. Now take a pan, put in oil for frying and heat it. Once the oil becomes hot and smoky, fry it on both sides and it will become very crispy. Before that keep a tissue to absorb the oil.
  7. Instant bread paneer kachori is ready and it's very crispy and yummy in taste.

My Tip:

You can roast it on a tawa.
