In this recipe chicken is first cooked with all masala ingredients then again cooked in oil and finally what gives flavour to the the dish is tomato ketchup this is added mixed well and cooked .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken 1/2 kilo
  2. Ginger 1/8 grams
  3. Garlic 10 cloves
  4. Cinnamon 1
  5. Cloves 5
  6. Onion 2
  7. Green Chilli 4
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Chilli powder 4 full spoons
  10. Turmeric 1/4 spoon
  11. Tomato 2
  12. Tomato ketchup 6 spoons
  13. Chopped Coriander 5 spoons
  14. 2 glasses water


  1. Take chicken wash properly add it to a kadai
  2. Take mixer add ginger garlic, cinnamon,cloves and make it as a paste
  3. Into kadai add onion pieces,tomato pieces and above paste,chilli powder,salt,turmeric,add two glasses of water and place it on stove and cook well until the chicken becomes soft
  4. After chicken has well cooked .Take another kadai add oil and let it heat and transfer this cooked chiken it and cook for 10 minutes
  5. Then add tomato ketchup mix well and cook for 5 minutes
  6. Finally add chopped coriander mix well off stove.
  7. Chicken curry with tomato ketchup is ready to serve
