ABOUT Healthy Royal Nuts. RECIPE

It's a Healthy plant ptotein. Almonds and Walnuts have vitamin E. Any oil seed when we soak will become amino acids. It's a healthy snack to satisfy our cravings. We can use Carrot, Beetroot for better colours. Curd will fulfill sodium requirements. All ages and all stages big and small kids can enjoy it during HAPPY TIMES. We can use already skinned almonds to save time.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. almonds 20
  2. cashews 15
  3. walnuts 5
  4. Wheat flour 2 spoons
  5. Rice flour 1 spoon
  6. curd I big Spoon
  7. turmeric 1 Pinch for colour
  8. Red chilli paste 1 small spoon
  9. Sesame Seeds 4 Spoons
  10. Roasted Jeera Powder or Chat masala (Optional as required).

Instructions

  1. SOAK ALMONDS,CASHEWS AND WALNUTS. (YOU CAN ADD MORE SEEDS WHATEVER YOU LOVE)
  2. REMOVE SKIN OF ALMONDS CUT OPEN INTO 2 HALFS AND CLEAN.
  3. PUT SOAKED WALNUTS, FRESH RED CHILLI PASTE,1 SPOON RICE FLOUR.
  4. ADD 2 SPOONS OF WHEAT FLOUR.
  5. ADD HALDI AND SHAVINGS OF BUTTER AND BIG SPOON CURD.
  6. PREHEAT HOT AIR FRIER FOR 10 MINUTES AT 200 DIGREES HEAT.
  7. GRIND AND MIX SESAME SEEDS INTO THE BATTER.
  8. MIX SOAKED CASHEWS AND ALMONDS AND WHATEVER SEEDS YOU LIKE.
  9. GREESE THE GRILL AND ARRANGE SEEDS SEPARATELY.
  10. ROAST THE THE COATING IS JUST DONE AND SWITH OF HOT AIR FRIER. LET THE HEAT INCORPORATED.
