Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Coconut grated 1 cup
  2. Water 2-3 cup
  3. Jaggery 1 cup
  4. Apple 1
  5. Mangoes 3
  6. Basil seeds 2 tsp
  7. Salt a pinch
  8. Cashew-badam powder 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. COCONUT 1 CUP, ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND GRIND SMOOTHLY
  2. STRAIN IT, ADD SOME WATER
  3. SQUEEZE AND EXTRACT COCONUT MILK
  4. PEEL THE MANGOES
  5. CHOP INTO SMALL PIECES
  6. REMOVE THE PEEL AND CHOP INTO SMALL PIECES OF APPLE
  7. CRUSHED / GRATED JAGGERY 1 CUP, STIR TILL DISSOLVE
  8. ADD CHOPPED APPLE
  9. CHOPPED MANGOES
  10. 10 MINUTES SOAKED BASIL SEEDS
  11. A PINCH OF SALT AND CASHEW-BADAM POWDER
  12. MIX WELL AND SERVE
