  1. Ripe mango 1
  2. Coconut gratings I cup
  3. Salt a pinch
  4. Jaggery syrup 1 tbs
  5. Water 1-1/2 cup
  6. Black sesame 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. WASH AND PEEL OFF RIPE MANGO
  2. CHOP FINELY
  3. TAKE CHOPPED MANGO PIECES, SEPARATE THE SEED.
  4. TAKE 1 CUP OF COCONUT GRATINGS, ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  5. EXTRACT THE COCONUT MILK
  6. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER, SQUEEZE WELL
  7. DRY FRY BLACK SESAME
  8. ADD JAGGERY SYRUP 1 TBS, MIX WELL
  9. ADD SPLUTTER SESAME
  10. CHOPPED MANGO
  11. ADD A PINCH OF SALT
  12. MIX WELL AND SERVE
