Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1TB SP ghee
  2. three fourth Cup mango pieces
  3. 1 cup milk powder
  4. one fourth Cup milk
  5. 1/4 cup sugar
  6. 1/4 cup coconut powder
  7. 10 saffron
  8. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  9. pistachio for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1TBSP GHEE
  2. 3/4 CUP CHOPED RIPED MANGO
  3. SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  4. ADD 1 CUP MILK POWDER
  5. MIX AND SAUTE
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK AND MIX
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR AND MIX THEN STIR
  8. ADD SAFFRON AND 1/4 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER ,MIX
  9. ADD 1/4 CUP DRY COCONUT POWDERAND CONTINUOUSLY STIR
  10. CONTINUOUSLY STIRS TILL MIXTURE LEAVE THE PAN
  11. AFTER 15 MINUTES MIXTURE LOOK LIKE A DOUGH, IT'S READY
  12. COOL DOWN FOR 10 MINUTES
  13. ROLE
  14. CUT IT WITH THREAD
  15. GARNISH WITH PISTACHIO
  16. MANGO PEDA
